Came here for 13 nights with my small dog, had a GREAT stay. The hotel staff were super-friendly. Besides, the location was marvellous for my stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a historic hilltop castle. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. This venue met the purpose, I couldn't recommend more to all.

What an amazing stay at Boutique Hotel Durango219! The location was perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants and cool shops nearby. The room was cozy, modern, and well-lit, with a comfortable bed. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, and the shower had powerful water pressure and luxurious toiletries. I also loved the little balcony in our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and checked in daily to ensure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although our room was a bit small, it was still suitable for a short stay. There were some occasional nights of noise, possibly from a neighboring party or the restaurant below, but the hotel staff seemed to do their best to mitigate it.

Loved the design of the room and the powerful shower with nice toiletries. The balcony was a great bonus. The staff, especially Fernanda, were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

The lift system was a bit complicated and the noise from the cafe at the base of the hotel could be bothersome if you're sensitive to noise. However, the rooms were well soundproofed, so it didn't affect our sleep too much.

Although the hotel is in a great location with plenty of nearby attractions, noise from a nearby restaurant can be disruptive at times.
